These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus and any entity completing a booking request for participation in any event or conference organized in collaboration with Tamale Technical University, Tamale, Ghana. By registering for our events, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
The event is jointly organized by Tamale Technical University, Tamale, Ghana and is managed by Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus with the primary objective of providing an enhanced participation experience.
Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus reserves the right to publicly announce its business relationship with registered participants through social media and other communication channels.
All registrations and purchases related to conference documentation are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify the venue, schedule, speakers, or event program due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenditure incurred due to such modifications.
Any postponement or cancellation will be announced on the event website and through official notifications.
Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Any violation of the code of conduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate removal from the event.
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of verbal, physical, or online misconduct will not be tolerated.
Reports of inappropriate behavior should be made to onsite staff for immediate action.
Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.
We may photograph, record, and distribute images, videos, and audio recordings from the event for promotional and archival purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be recorded must inform us in writing prior to the event.
Unauthorized use of event media (images, audio, video recordings) for commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited.
Personal information shared during registration is kept confidential and used strictly for event-related communications.
By providing an email address, participants consent to receiving updates about future events. They may opt out at any time.
Submission of research papers does not guarantee publication.
Reviewers provide independent feedback based on their expertise. Any negative review is not intended as an offense but as constructive criticism.
Reviewer details remain confidential and are not disclosed under any circumstances.
Papers may take 5 to 6 months or longer for publication, depending on review timelines and publisher requirements.
We do not guarantee indexing or publication in any specific journal or book series. Final indexing decisions are made independently.
Visa requirements vary by country. Participants are responsible for their own visa applications and compliance with immigration laws.
Invitation letters for visa applications are issued only to registered and paid participants.
We are not responsible for any visa denials and do not offer refunds in such cases.
Invitation letters will not be issued for accompanying guests or unregistered participants.
Participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth Tamale Technical University, Ghana while attending the event.
The event is hosted at Bikaner Technical University, India, but the university does not endorse or take responsibility for event content.
All financial transactions and services are managed by Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus, India, and governed under Indian law.
The conference is purely academic and intellectual in nature; no business activities are conducted.
Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus reserves the right to modify, revise, add, or remove any clauses at any time without prior notice.
If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety, belongings, and travel arrangements.
The organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss.
Hari Krishan Research and Development Nexus is not responsible for claims arising from views expressed by speakers.
